The minimums vary to each item on our promotional merchandise site. The first, and smallest, quantity listed under each item is that particular products minimum.
Sometimes exceptions can be made and a less than minimum order can be produced. Please contact us for pricing for products with less than minimum quantity shown.

A typical turnaround time is 10 working days. However, if there is a deadline to meet that you need your order in your hands by, we can usually meet urgent deadlines.
We always supply a PDF proof prior to any printing, free of charge, on each order.
A set-up fee is required for some items ordered in order to produce a printing screen, or in the case of embroidery a disk is required, unless otherwise stated on the site. Repeat orders will incur a lower set-up charge providing there is no change to the previous orderâ€™s artwork, or are free of charge.
Seeing a product before an order is placed may be a necessary step in your decision making process and, because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, we encourage you to request a sample for your review.
Our standard sample policy is not to charge for low value items such as pens, magnets, coasters. For items of a higher value it may be possible to have them on a loan basis.
